This 4 button remote-head key with remote start. will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.
PROGRAMMING: The key-remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. The remote and key can be programmed as long as you already have two working keys. If you do not, then the key must be programmed by an authorized dealer or automotive technician with the appropriate scan tool. In addition, the key blade must be cut to match your vehicles locking mechanism.

Notes: YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH THE REMOTE START OPTION ALREADY FOR THAT FUNCTION TO WORK. If the vehicle does not already have that option buying this remote will not give you that feature. Also, if you have Ford proximity keys with a push-button ignition (on your dash) these key-remotes will NOT work on your vehicle. You must buy another proximity key.

Remote key fob
Works great. Had a few issues following the directions properly but once I paid attention to instructions, it programmed perfectly and was so happy with results. Lot less than what the dealer wanted so now I tell everyone about my experience. Thank you

Great key, great cost, great selection
I normally don’t review products, but after the money I saved, It’s the least I can do. I recently bought a truck from a dealership. This dealership swore up and down that the truck did not have remote start despite there being settings in the console for it. I was told “if you want, we will cut you a key for $340 to prove it doesn’t have remote start” so I decided to go online. I found this website that said the keys, uncut blanks, were only $19.99. I figured “well, if I lose out on $20, then that’s just $20.” I received the key, eager to try it out. (It was easy to program this key at home) I tore open the package and there it was, a beautiful ford OEM uncut key. I paired it to the truck and wouldn’t you know, the remote start works on it. Shoulda bet the dealer at the dealership if I was right, he would program the transponder for me. Ended up getting it cut at a local hardware store and instead of paying $350 for a key, I spent only $60 including the programming for the transponder? Can’t get a better deal than that.

Perfect replacement
Perfect replacement for my factory remote that wasn’t working. You need two working keys to program this, so I recommend getting one before you lose your factory key! So glad I have two working remotes again. The best part? The hardware store cut the key for free because they wouldn’t guarantee it. So I got what the dealer wanted to charge me over $250 for less than $30.
