Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping is by US first class mail with delivery confirmation.  Items are sent in a 6 by 9-inch padded envelope.  You do not need to be home or sign for the package.  Other shipping options may be offered.

Warranty Information:

Remotes and Keys are warranted for 30 days with a money-back guarantee. Keyless-Remotes will refund or exchange your item.  Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the item only.

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
  • You must obtain a return authorization number from us FIRST.
  • Item must be the same one we sent you and in the same condition.
  • Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
  • A 20% percent restocking fee will apply.

Refunds will only be issued upon prior approval. DO NOT just sent your item back asking for a refund. It will not be returned and you will not receive a refund. YOU MUST obtain a return authorization number from us first! Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable. Your item must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. No Refunds after that and no exceptions!

You must send the item back to us (at your expense) and we MUST actually receive it. If it is "lost" in the mail, it is your loss, not ours. You MUST send the same item back to us that we shipped out and it MUST be in the same condition it was sent. If you try to send us a different one, or one that is obviously used or damaged in some way (including any pry marks from attempts to pry it open), NO REFUND will be issued.

Please make sure your vehicle has the factory remote keyless entry system on it BEFORE you purchase. And please make sure you purchase the correct one for your vehicle.

To return merchandise and request a refund:

  • Use our contact form to request a RMA number. Please include your order number and the reason you are requesting a return.
  • Once you receive your RMA number from us, write that number on the return envelope and your packing slip and/or invoice.
  • Send us back the item, and upon inspection and testing of your return, we will issue a refund according to your method of purchase. Please note that we must RECEIVE your return. Although we process refunds promtly, it can take up to 6 weeks to appear on your credit card statement.


Under no circumstances will, our owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be responsible or liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase, programming, or use of any of our products or programming procedures.  Refunds are limited to original amount of purchase only.
