Product Description
These 3 button key-remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.
PROGRAMMING: The key-remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. The remote and key can be programmed as long as you already have two working keys. If you do not, then the key must be programmed by an authorized dealer or automotive technician with the appropriate scan tool. In addition, the key blade must be cut to match your vehicles locking mechanism.

Notes: If you have Ford proximity keys with a push-button ignition (on your dash) these key-remotes will NOT work on your vehicle. You must buy another proximity key.

2012 Ford F-150 Keyless Remotes
Ordered 2 and had a little trouble programming the remote lock buttons. Says to cycle the keys 8 times in ten seconds. Didn’t work. Did it as fast as I could, an then it worked. The ten seconds is too long for the Ford. Work great.

Work great and cost a lot less
After checking with local Ford dealer and auto parts stores, I found replacement remote keys to be very expensive. I was able to order two keys from KeylessRemotes.com and have a locksmith program both. My total cost was about half of what I would have had to pay if I had gone through a dealership or parts store! They work just as good as the original.

One key worked. One did not
Took my keys to the ford dealership today after having them cut locally (only had one key so I couldn’t do it myself) tech guy tried it 3 times and it wouldn’t program. Still happy to have a spare tho

Great Customer Service
I bought (2) keys for my 2013 F150. I was able to program the remote door locks but had an issue with the transponder for the ignition. I email the company and received a quick response. They replaced the transponders in the keys and was able to program the keys in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service and stands by their product. Great job gentlemen and thanks for your support.

Ok
Bought the keys and programmed them easy to lock and unlock. Had them cut and they worked great. Transponder was not programmed and had a locksmith do it and he told me chips did not work and had to switch them out. Lucky for me he’s a friend of mine and was able to do it.
