Product Description
This 3 button key-remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.
PROGRAMMING: The key-remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. The remote and key can be programmed as long as you already have two working keys. If you do not, then the key must be programmed by an authorized dealer or automotive technician with the appropriate scan tool. In addition, the key blade must be cut to match your vehicles locking mechanism.

Notes: If you have Ford proximity keys with a push-button ignition (on your dash) these key-remotes will NOT work on your vehicle. You must buy another proximity key.

Perfect Replacement
Other than having trouble with a locksmith refusing to cut keys brought in from outside, I have had zero problems. Big box store had no problems with cutting it for me and it took less than 60 seconds to program it. Works like a charm!

1 of 2 remotes worked
I ordered two remotes. Both programmed to start the vehicle as expected, but one of the remotes is unable to lock/unlock the doors.

Great product, great price
Great product that cost pennies compared to dealer and other retail offerings. These folks deliver quickly and have always been there when I've had a question (which is rare, given the thorough directions that are sent with each key). The only problem? The locksmith screwed up the original key, so I'll be back here to buy another blank and do it myself.

Perfect Fit
the Key showed up. I was able to get it cut and it fit perfectly. The instructions were perfect to program the key to my Truck and then to program the key fob also. It took be under 5 minutes and $20 to have a brand new key for my truck. Fantastic!
