Notes: In 2001 some vehicles changed remotes mid-year. The remotes look identical but do not interchange. You will need to match the part number off of your current remote to ensure you are purchasing the correct one. If the part number does not match, then this remote will not work. See our other listings. If you do not have an existing remote to go off of, the only way to determine which remote you need would be to purchase both remotes and return the one that does not program.
PROGRAMMING: The remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. Easy, do it yourself programming instructions are included with the purchase.

2001 Chevy Silverado LT replacement remote
The 20 year old OEM remotes (Part #: 15732803) for my 2001 Chevy Silverado were broken, glued, taped, etc., and yet they occasionally worked. The new remotes from Keyless Remotes, once easily programed, work flawlessly. Good product, thank you.
