This is a genuine Mazda remote and will work with the factory remote keyless entry system (RKE) on the cars in the chart below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle.
NOTE: This remote will only work for RX-8 model cars manufactured on or before July, 2004. Mazda changed the remote used on the RX-8 mid year. If you require the later remote, it is available. If you have trouble finding the remote you require, feel free to give us a call.
Programming:This remote must be programmed to your vehicle. Programming is a simple procedure and only takes a few minutes.Easy, do-it-yourself instructions are included with purchase.
