PROGRAMMING: Your vehicle must be programmed to recognize the remote. You can do this yourself UP TO and including model year 2010.   Those instructions are included.  Starting in 2011 Chevrolet removed the on-board programming and you will have to take your vehicle to a dealer or locksmith to have it programed with diagnostic equipment.

Programming Notes: SATURN VEHICLES ALL YEARS DO NOT HAVE AN ON-BOARD PROGRAMMING METHOD. You will need to go a dealership or automotive locksmith for programming.

    Cannot use until programmed

    I cannot rate properly as I own a 2011 Chev Silverado, which requires I pay to have the fob programmed. Chevrolet wants $130.00 to do it. Looking for a better deal somewhere.

    Never seen this website until it popped up in my search. Needed a keyless remote for my dad because the orginal control wasn't being smooth having to press hard to lock and unlock the doors of the truck. So I bought it and it came as promised within the business days and control works as well. Very easy to program as well! Would recommend to others!

    Silverado Key FOB

    For a 2012 Silverado key FOB required a Chevy dealer to program, as stated on the web site, and document that came with it. Chevy dealer stated that many of the after market FOBs cannot be programmed but this one worked, and works well.
