5-Button flip-out key with remote start. Only for vehicles that require the key be inserted into the ignition switch and turned to start the vehicle. This is NOT for Passive Entry, Passive Start vehicles. (PEPS) If you have a push button start on your dash you need a PEPS key remote, not this one.
This remote fits the vehicles listed below:
• Chevrolet Camaro (2010-2016)
• Chevrolet Cruze (2011-2016) (2016 Sonic may use different remotes. Make sure your's looks like this one)
• Chevrolet Equinox (2010-2017)
• Chevrolet Impala (2014-2017) (2017 and newer require two working keys to program a 3rd)
• Chevrolet Malibu (2013-2016)
• Chevrolet Sonic (2012-2017) (2017 requires two working keys to perform this procedure.)
PROGRAMMING: The remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. Easy, do it yourself programming instructions are included with the purchase. You will need to have the key cut to match your current key first. Most locksmiths can do this for you. You will need to already have one working key that starts the vehicle. 2017 Sonic and 2017 and newer Impala require two working keys to perform this procedure. Canadian vehicles require programming by a locksmith or dealership.
Your vehicle must already have the remote start option on it. If not, buying this remote will NOT give you that function! (see notes below about AP8 vs AP3 code)

2012 Chevy Sonic LT
My original key fobs had both lost all of their buttons. Then one morning, one of them wouldn't start the car, so I decided to get a replacement. Dealer wanted $225 for a replacement. Instead, I bought one from keyless-remote.com for $20, a locksmith cut the key for $50, and following the instructions that came with the fob programmed it in less than a minute. Works like a charm.

Very Satisfied!!
I had no problem finding my keys on this site for my 2011 Chevy Camaro. I was able to ensure that the keys I bought were an exact match. I recieved my order very fast as promised. I am also happy that these keys came with very, very easy programming instructions. I took my keys to a batteries+ where they cut them for $10 each. Finally programmed
Took the remote to a locksmith shop, they couldn't program it. Had the key cut anyway, to use as a spare. Tried three or four different scenarios from YouTube to no avail. There was one set left to try. It was,a three, ten minute segment, with key on and off. Finally it's programmed. Works great!

I thought I was taking a chance in ordering a "inexpensive" replacement key for my 2012 Cruze. When I got it I was surprised that it was identical to the old one. I got the key cut ($30), programmed it in 10 seconds, and it works perfect!

Chevy Cruze 2013 Key
Key arrived in just 3 days! Took it to batteries+ and had it cut for $25 the same day I got it!!! I programmed it myself with the instructions that it came with. Do not let them fool you, they were going to charge $40 to program the key when I did it in less than a minute. Keyless remotes saved me so much money!!! Key works great!

Good Products
The remote control works fine and come with easy program instructions. Only downside is, the remote start doesn’t work nor comes with additional instructions on how to program it to work. Other than that, it works fine!
