Product Description
This remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.
This remote fits the vehicles listed below:
• Buick Allure (2010-2012)
• Buick Encore (2014-2022)
• Buick Lacrosse (2010-2016)
• Buick Regal (2011-2017)
• Buick Verano (2012-2017)
PROGRAMMING: The remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. Easy, do it yourself programming instructions are included with the purchase. These instructions are done by you. If you need any help with programming contact our customer service.
Your vehicle must already have the remote start option on it. If not, buying this remote will NOT give you that function! (see notes below about AP8 vs AP3 code)
Programming Notes: (1) The key blade of your remote will need to be cut in order to do the programming procedure, see notes below.
(2) Canadian vehicles can only be programmed by a dealer or locksmith with correct programming equipment. The on-board procedure does not work on these cars. If your VIN number starts with "2" you have a Canadian vehicle.

Notes: (1) This is a PEPS (Passive Entry Passive Start) keyless remote. Your vehicle must be equipped with a push button ignition start. If you do not have this option, this remote will not work. See our other listings.
(2) This remote is for vehicles equipped with the auto start feature. If your vehicle does not have this option, this remote will not work. See our other listings.
(3) The key blade on the remote will need to be cut to work on your vehicle. This is a high security key blade, for cutting of the blade you will need to go to a dealership or qualified automotive locksmith. Please check with your local dealership or locksmith to make sure they can properly cut the blade before purchasing.

Replacement Remote For Verano
Great service by Keyless Remotes. I ordered the wrong remote by mistake and KR took it back and gave me a speedy refund. I ordered the correct remote, had the key cut then I programmed the remote as instructed. Only problem was finding the transmitter pocket 'under the cup holder' it's actually under the cup holder rubber liner. Jank out the liner and there is the transmitter pocket. Easy. I had to discover that myself. If I ever need another remote, I will know where to go. Keyless Remotes have it. Thanks.

Perfect replacement!
Perfect replacement for a lost PEPS remote! Found a GM dealer parts dept to cut the key blank and programmed it myself. The instructions were good, but could have been slightly better by saying to remove just the cupholder insert (not the whole cupholder) to access the transmitter pocket. Very good price too!
