This is a genuine Acura remote and will work with the factory remote keyless entry system (RKE) on the cars in the chart below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system on it. In addition, this remote has a driver memory function and is labled as #2. This option was most prevalent in the Type-S packages, though the remote will likely work on the other trims as well. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle.
Programming: This remote must be programmed to your vehicle. Do-it-yourself programming instructions are included with purchase.
