This remote has a remote start button. Your vehicle must already be equipped with this option. If your vehicle is not equipped for remote start, just buying this remote will not give you that function.

Worked perfectly!
I ordered two remotes for my 2018 GMC Sierra. When received, they were identical to original equipment, but were much cheaper than ordering from the dealer. It took about a half hour for the dealer to program & the cost was $28.75. Compare prices at different dealers - two wanted $115 to program!
