    • Buttons: Features five buttons for key functions:Key Type: Smart proximity key (allows unlocking by touching the door handle with the fob nearby) for vehicles with push-to-start ignition systems only. It is not compatible with regular keyed ignition systems.

      • Power Tailgate release
      • Panic alarm
    • Included Components: Comes with an uncut physical emergency insert key blade which must be cut to match your vehicle's lock.
    • Battery: Uses a single CR2032 coin/button cell battery 
    • Compatibility: Compatible with the following vehicles (must match the existing fob's button configuration and FCC ID)
    • Ford F-150 (2015-2017)
    • Ford F-250 Super Duty (2015-2017)
    • Ford F-350 Super Duty (2015-2017)

    • Programming: Professional programming by a qualified automotive locksmith is required to link the remote to your vehicle. The emergency key blade must also be cut. Some sources mention self-programming is possible if you already have two working keys.

    I only had one fob and it was falling apart. So I just swapped internals with the new one since I don’t have both admin keys to program the new one. Once buttoned up every thing worked great.
