One blank key with 80-bit transponder chip and keyless entry remote for select Ford vehicles. The blank key that must be cut to match your current key and your car must be programmed to recognize the transponder and the keyless entry remote. You can do this yourself provided you already have two working master keys that start the vehicle. If you do not have two working, factory transponder keys, you will need a dealer or locksmith to do the programming with computerized equipment hooked up to the car. Most hardware stores and other places that cut keys do not have the correct equipment for this. Please make sure your technician has the correct programming equipment to do this. Cut keys are not returnable or refundable.

This remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it.
