This is a replacement remote and will work with the factory remote keyless entry system (RKE) on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with fresh batteries and are fully tested before shipment.
NOTE: Some Toyota vehicles were equipped with an optional dealer installed system. That system is known as the Toyota VIP, RS3000, or RS3200 security system and it uses a different remote.

Remote Key Entry
Worked great. Works better if you have two people. One to work the key and door, the other to work the remote as you r going through the programing. Going to order a spare.

Great remote replacement
My keyless remote for my Tacoma recently died. I changed the battery but nothing. My nephew referred me to your site and told me that it would cheaper than getting a replacement through the dealer. I was able to find another keyless remote quickly and I got it in the mail within a couple of days. Although the instructions for setting it up seemed daunting, I was able to complete the installation quickly.

Lowest Price
Lowest price by far that I could find, works great. Would not program per instructions that where included, took it where I bought truck to get done. Problem was due to truck, not remote.

Mostly as expected
My new remote is exactly as expected, works perfectly. My only negative is that the programming instructions weren't included in the package. After a quick internet search I had it working within minutes so all is well.
