This remote will work with the factory installed remote keyless entry (RKE) system on the vehicles listed below. Your vehicle must have the factory RKE system installed on it. Customers are responsible to determine if they have this option and to purchase the correct remote for their vehicle. All of our remotes come with new batteries and are tested before shipment.
PROGRAMMING: The remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. Easy, do it yourself programming instructions are included with the purchase.
This remote will replace:
Part #: 15042968
FCC ID: KOBLEAR1XT
CAN: 3521 102 1718
Notes: In 2001 some vehicles changed remotes mid-year. The remotes look identical but do not interchange. You will need to match the part number off of your current remote to ensure you are purchasing the correct one. If the part number does not match, then this remote will not work. See our other listings. If you do not have an existing remote to go off of, the only way to determine which remote you need would be to purchase both remotes and return the one that does not program.

I ordered 2 on Friday, they arrived on Monday. The programming instructions were very clear, so I had them set up in about 3 minutes. They work perfectly - and look as good as the original ones I lost.

I was expecting a cheaper version but it is exactly like the original. It came with a battery and was simple to program. Shipping was about a week after ordering. I'm very happy and highly recommend keyless-remotes.com
