4-button Chevrolet Flip Key remote. Not for passive entry vehicles. ONLY for vehicles that require the key be inserted and turned in the ignition switch to start. If you have a push-button on your dash to start the car you need a PEPS key remote. Not this one.
PROGRAMMING: The remote you purchase needs to be programmed to work on your vehicle. Easy, do it yourself programming instructions are included with the purchase. You will need to have the key cut to match your current key before programming. You will need to already have one working key that starts the vehicle. 2017 Sonic and 2017 and newer Impala require two working keys to perform this procedure. Canadian vehicles require programming by a locksmith or dealer.

Very impressed with product. My only downfall was many said they received suggestions on where to get it cost which I didn’t. We did find a place and the programming was very simple just as instructions stated. I would highly recommend. We used on 2014 Impala.

Works just like the original!
The dealership quoted me $150 for a new fob, cutting, and programming a key for my 2011 Camaro. I found this OEM fob on keyless-remotes.com on sale for $20, the local hardware store didn’t charge for cutting, and I programmed the key myself. So, I saved $130 with this OEM fob that works perfectly. Definitely recommend!

Worth every penny
I bought my key a few months ago paid 20 bucks including shipping. Had it cut at my local ace hardware for 10 bucks. Already way ahead of stealership price. It came with a crap battery that was incredibly easy to change and sometimes the flip put sticks but if i re shut it then it opens fine. I dont care at all because the range is great and you cant beat the price. If youre on the fence and need a key, buy this you will not be sorry

Since my fobs had buttons worn completely off, I needed new ones. The dealer said they were only available through them at a cost of $350 each. So, $700 for two fobs for a 7 year old Cgevy Cruze!!! I stumbled on this site and figured to give it a try. I did a search and saw the ones I needed and ordered them. They came quickly in a small padded envelope, taped to a piece of paper. The packaging could be more professional but it is adequate. The directions on the paper for programming the fobs were right on the money. The paper even had ideas where to get the key blade cut, which was a big help. Pros... A fraction of the dealers price Easy to understand programming directions Extra points for the suggestions on getting the key blade cut. Cons... Packaging could be more professional Buttons only respond if pushed at the bottom of the button, not the middle or top My original key blade didn't fit the replacement fob as I hoped it would so I wouldn't need it cut then Conclusion... including cutting, I spent $60 instead if $700. I am quite happy. No product is 100% perfect but I'm very happy with my purchase here.

issue with cutting key
I PURCHASED THESE KEYLESS REMOTES WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT ACE HARDWARE COULD CUT THE BLANKS FOR A REASONABLE COST. MY ACE SAID THEY COULDN'T DO THAT ! I ENDED UP PAYING $24 PER UNIT TO HAVE A LOCKSMITH CUT. PROGRAMMING WENT OK. I PAID ROUGHLY $100 FOR UNITS AND CUTTING. THE LOCKSMITH WOULD HAVE PROVIDED THE UNITS COMPLETE WITH PROGRAMMING AND GUARANTEE FOR $56 PER UNIT SO I ONLY SAVED ABOUT $12 BUT HAD THE INCONVENIENCE OF WAITING FOR UNITS AND FINDING SOMEONE TO CUT.
